Question

Help answer this question below.

I need to arrange and purchase a plane ticket for my elderly mother. Can this be set up via NWA website? Or does she have to use her VISA and then I'll reimburse her? I read that they are now charging fees to talk to a human to do these things.

    really

most airlines dont care who pays for the ticket, just make sure you enter HER info as Passenger(ticketholder). if you dont trust doing it on the web, call the airline direct, usually it's easy to find a 1-800 # to call and get a human. BUT ask before you start if there are additional fees for setting the ticket up over the phone. ALSO make sure that you know most airlines charge extra fees for a paper ticket (vs. an e-ticket)these days, so hopefully someone will be with your mom to go thru the e-ticket kiosk at the airport
