I would feel safe and I actually do walk around in my neighborhood late at night when I have alot on my mind..I know some may think its crazy but I live across the street from the police station..maybe that gives me a false sense of hope but I also know that God watches over me so I am not afraid to do it, and I actually enjoy doing it alot =]

Yeah ... my neighborhood has always been relatively safe (about once every 5 years we will have a "daytime" burglary problem, where they'll hit about 5 or 6 houses, then leave us alone for another 5 years). So ... nights are about the safest time! I have and will continue to walk in my neighborhood late at night.

I can walk 3 miles before I see another house. although it is not that safe at night as there are many wild animals that have been known to attack people at night.

I walk alone in my neighborhood almost every night. I love it (and yes I feel safe) I love walking around at night....but it probably isn't actually safe.

Pretty much, but I get scared. Seems like all those murder cases on Tru TV happen in the safest neighborhoods, with the nicest people in the middle of the suburbs.

No, some creepy guy was trying to flirt with me last week and he lives up the road - also I was followed twice. So I don't walk around my neighborhood anymore :(

For the most part, yes. Although I do not chance it. You never know when you are going to be in the wrong place at the wrong time and so why tempt fate? No need to walk around my neighborhood late at night by myself - that's just asking for trouble. I walk the dog during the day and just let her out in the yard at night. If I ever did decide to walk alone at night, I would at least bring my gun and my cell phone. But really there's just no reason to go walking around after dark.

Yes. I stay in such a crowded place that on the main road which is 2 mts away from my lane there is a traffic jam even at midnight at times.

My neighboorhood is safe, but I am cautious at night. I usually, but not always, walk with a friend.
