Is that a felony. It also shows how low somebody will go to try to get anything possible to discredit someone, someone they are obviously fearful of.

I've had myspace, facebook and yahoo hacked by strangers. It happens. Gov't officials should be a little more careful about how they operate online. Haha, I don't think anyone will hack McCain's email!!!

Well you will be charged with internet hacking and be sent to prison. You might get the FBI on you and you might get a smile from me because I dislike Sarah Palin. Ohhhh! Look! I can see Russia! I have foreign policy experiance! Well if that is true then every time I see a computer then I know how to disable all the known flaws to prevent a meltdown. Surprising and I have only owned a computer for two years. I worked on a computer at the library for six years though but it was a small library. Obama has no experiance. LOL jk!

email accounts are hacked daily on thousands of accounts. if sarah palin is so experienced in foreign security issues shouldn't she have had better security on her email account?

Actually, I think hacking Palin's e-mail account is an act of patriotism. My understanding is that Palin and others in her administration set up the e-mail accounts for the express purpose OF EVADING THE LAW THAT GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL E-MAILS ARE PUBLIC RECORDS. If the government is trying to hide its doings from the public, it's a public duty to expose the cover up. I don't actually think the person who did the hacking had such noble intentions, but I wish he/she had.

Hacking into someone's account is very illegal, that someone will wind up with prison time. It's also a huge invasion of privacy. Even when you don't like someone, their privacy should be respected.

The guy who did it was a complete Noob. He used public anonymity's lol. Sorry i really don't find it a tragedy. A tragedy is all the starving children, in the world. Tradegy is death, murders, george w bush lol. Being hacked can be a good thing. It can provide one with insight of security, and teach em not to repeat the same mistakes. Or let them know, that... they... do have a hole, that can be exploited. Like the GST (Greek Security Team) who defaced CERN They we're actually doing it, to protect CERNS security, from a bunch of lamers, who could, or might do more damage. By defacing it, they let CERN know of its flaws, and holes.
