When a traffic light is not operable, no power to the light after a storm, is it required by law to stop if you are on the main street or road?

    Yes.

    Common sense tells you that everyone cannot go at the same time.

    Treat this situation just like a 4-way stop sign.

    In China, no, however in Pango Pango, U better! Ahhhh, did U forget to tell Us something??? And wouldn't U really rather be know as being "Smart" for Stopping, rather than how well U "Push Daisey's"??? John
