That's why I am saving for my own retirement and other situations which may come up. I don't want to have to be dependent on any government or other entity on what should be my own financial responsibilities. Of course, larger companies like Fanny May are a touch different with the way their finances work than, say, Mr. and Mrs. Allan next door.

Yes. I've done my saving for the past sixty years, and in retirement I have a guaranteed income for life. Besides that, my eldest daughter is a multi-millionairess. In any possible scenario, I've got it knocked.

Im hoping that i wont have to get bailed out ever again, but just in case i am trying to save up (not that its working out great), but i do have some good friends in case of am emergency!
