Years ago I would say riding the roller coasters, but now I love to people watch somewhere, preferably where I can get a beer, and I will try and mimic what I think a persons voice might be as they walk by. It usually gets a few laughs from the kids as well.

Walk around with friends/family and eat the delicious food!!

I would always read the nametag of the ride operators and say their names as many times as I could to them. Like, Hi John, Whats Up John, What you doing John, and just keep going. I think it cheered some of them up because ride operators never look happy.
