Use water hose, add some Pinesol or bleach. Keep for sometime, rinse well with water hose.

My favorite way is to first disinfect by pouring in bleach, then chop up some oranges and run them through the disposal. (Oranges that are too old to eat work fine.) It makes the disposal clean AND smells good.
