Yes. Often. Soft, moist oepning. The vagina is often described as a "potential space" -- the walls normally touch each other, so unless they're held apart, e.g. by a speculum, there's not much to see, but rather to feel. I've also often seen what's more dramatic -- a procidentia. That's a complete turning outside-in of the vagina where the uterus pushes down and turns the vagina outside in so that the whole length of it is outside the body with the cervix at the outer end. The skin eventually becomes like ordinary skin and the whole thing has a devastating similarity to a penis, though it's actually what was once the woman's vagina.
