Question

Help answer this question below.

I removed a paper jam in my HP LaserJet 5 printer by forcefully yanking the paper out. Now, unnecessary ink lines and splotches appear on my paper. What unit was damaged and can it be repaired without purchasing a new one?

This should not last long. I've done the same thing and it took a few runs to get the ink of of the toner off the ribbons as you more than likely did a blank run. If that doesn't work take a compressed air can and gently, gently spray the excessive tone off. Don't touch that stuff as it is extremely hazardous.
