You can suggest strategies for the situations, so she doesn't have as much trouble. Teach her more about the computer, help her get a little more sleep, etc. It's also possible that what she really needs is coping skills... if so, perhaps some counseling or self-help books are in order.

Buy her some weed LOL Only an individual can help themselves deal with little everyday problems, she can come to you AFTER she has dealt with them to ease her tension but you shouldn't feel responsible for easing her through traffic or being on a computer. I mean, c'mon... get real..

You can't change any of those things for her....she needs to see someone to find out why she is having difficulty with life's everyday happenings...did this just start happening?
