Did Anthony Horowitz the author of the Alex Rider books also write Fledgling Jason Steed, under a pen name? When is the next Jason Steed book coming out?

Anthony Horowitz wrote the Alex Rider series and he wrote the book Flegdling Jason Steed under a pen name. The new Jason Steed novel is out soon. Anthony Horowitz also wrote Ravens gate, plus he writes csreen plays and some comedy. I dont know why Jason Steed is written under a pen name, maybe jsut to see if it could still be a hit. I have read Fledgling Jason Steed, I think its better than the Alex Rider books. Horowitz is getting better all the time, he is a great author.
