tweezers? if that fails try wrapping a rubber band, or nylon thread around your finger, just below where the glass is REALLY TIGHT. if it hurts, then you know it's tight enough- that might help squeeze it out if you're brave, take a sharp (surgically sharp) knife, and cut the wound bigger, so you can pluck it out with tweezers. pour plenty of rubbing alcohol on it to kill germs, and keep fresh bandages on it if all else fails, go to a hospital (before it gets infected!)
