If you haven't subscribed to a magazine, oh, say, Playboy, for instance. Would they randomly send you a bill? Would you decide to pay it, and 3 days later recieve an issue? The main part here is, do they send you a random bill if you haven't subscribed?

I got an invoice one time from one of those places that says I have to pay to continue rec. the magazines. I never started rec. them. When I read the fine print, it said when I pay, my subscription would start. I think they do that hoping you will not know that you didn't have a subscription and take one out...a sales gimmick thing. some people do have so many magazines that they don't know for sure what they have coming so who knows.. you know how it is. you buy 1 thing from 1 company and 100 companies get your info.
