Help answer this question below.

I learned today I have to present something in a couple weeks in front of the class. I always get so nervous and scared even though I'm not afraid people will laugh or anything. Is there any way to help my nerves settle when I have to present?

    Many say to picture your audience in their underwear. This can either make you laugh, or gag, depending.

    I prefer to just realize, when you are in front, YOU ARE THE EXPERT! No one else in the room is as fresh on the topic as you are. No one else has gathered the same information from all the same resources either. It always works for me.

    Now go get 'em!!!
