  • Yes it is possible, if it doesn't swell over your earing. They don't pierce things with normal earings because it allows no room for swell, which it definatly will swell. They say that 2 weeks is the minimum time to wait before changing it. If you got it done at an actual piercing shop, have them change it. If you didn't, just be really careful. It's always suggested to have a piercer change the earing the first time or two. Hope that helps.
  • Gun on a tragus, that's terrible. Get to a real piercer and have them put some appropriate and sterilized jewelry in it. Gunned piercings aren't standardized but are usually 18g, and most piercers should have barbells in that size. For cleaning, use a saline solution of 8oz hot water and 1/8 a teaspoon of sea salt or kosher salt. Soak your piercing in the solution or use cotton balls pressed gently onto it. Do that once or twice a day, and rinse with clear water afterward.
  • Thats weird they pierced it with a gun.. most places wont do that & not giving you solution.. is horrible. Hopefully your body doesn't get infected to piercings easily.. cause that is an infection waiting to happen.
  • Yeah its possible to change your earring it would be better for the heeling proses if it has room to expand. The only thing is you have to be kind of quick so it doesn't heel when you are changing it.
