this is a vague question, for 5'3 132lb sounds very reasonable, however if you want to be 115, no ones gonna stop you. The reason this Q is too hard to answer is the variables that go into it, first and foremost, what constitutes as a small meal? something small for me might be huge for you, second, what is your metabolism? your genetics play a key role in that, third, what is the intensity of your 2 mile run? with ranging intensities, for 2 miles, you can burn between 200 and 700 calories, thats a very wide range. and lastly the type of food you are eating, what nutrition? regular hours? calorie dense? However, in short, the answer to your question is anywhere between ohh... 1-2 months and well the longest period of time is indefinite! We haven't even considered your conviction to this "program" i assume you go to school, which becomes an obstacle when it comes to eating 6 small meals regularly. Rethink your prerogatives and create a change in your lifestyle that is easily adaptable and healthy. your mental and social health are still important yknow and these changes can be quite stressful.
