  • If you look on the box of the color you are chosing at he store there is an 800 number you can call for questions. Call them and explain the situationa and they will tell you what color to chose. As a rule usually and ash color takes out the brassy or copper tones out, but consult their reps to get the right answers.
  • Hmmm, interesting because of the difference in language we all use different words to describe things like 'color' what you consider copper I might think is auburn and so fourth. Since you desperatly want to have brown hair without money to go to a salon you'll need to first match up your current hair color to the swatch on the display at the store you'll get your color from. There should be a matrix close by that will tell you where you are and how to get you to where you want to be. Any color remover you access to will not strong enough trust me. The twist to this is if you dont understand things like the color wheel and how to balance or neutralize pigment or tone, you could end with green hair but that's another subject.
