I'm laughing here while answering, It is all down to the lady in question as we are all different, some are more secretive than others I'd say 2 buttons, but it depends. Also depends where you are going and if you are single ha ha .

It's up to the woman really isn't it. She can fasten as many as she likes and it would have nothing to do with us. To say she is looking sleazy is quite judgemental and I would never consider any woman sleazy, on how she dressed. Live and let live I say.

Why do you need to fasten buttons?

I think if you are wearing a button up shirt, you should button it. That being said, there are some factors to consider. Married or single? Where is she going? Is she wearing something underneath, a camisole or tanktop? Personally, I always wear something underneath and leave up to 4 or 5 button undone.
