I moderate occasionally but I'm not a Community Leader.

Answerbag's moderation happens at three levels. The first level is flagging or feedback, which any Answerbagger can do. The second level is accepting or rejecting those flags, which only the Staff moderators or the Community Leaders can do. The third level is not really moderation in itself, but it is also very important. At this upper level are taken the decisions to put someone in the Penalty box, to revoke a Community Leader or to propose a new one, etc. I don't know exactly who is taking those decisions, but it must be a part of the AB Staff. Like many of us, I do some moderation at the first level (flagging and feedback).
