  • http://iq-test.learninginfo.org/iq04.htm 90-109 Average 130+ Very superior
  • When the test was originally created the average scores ranged from 80-115 with 100 being the norm. 130+ would be considered highly intellegent.
  • It depends on whether you are using the WAIS scale where 100 is average, and above 130 = Genius, or the Stanford-Binet test scale. Also the WAIS test is supposedly more accurate because the Std. Deviation is much less on it.
  • Thank you!
  • i am a twenty three year old concreter with not even a grade twelve cert. and i have an iq of 125 on the stanford binet so whats up with that
  • when I was 5 I was given an IQ test and my score was 75; when I was 27 I was given another IQ test and the score was 137. I know folks say that it shouldn't change with age, but mine did. added note btw: I did not go to school; my mother taught me to read and write at age 3 and I taught myself via library books after that, so school has nothing to do with test results either.
  • of course 100 in America and 140+ is genius, but labeling 1 of like 500 people genius is dumb, so I think it is more like 155+ (StfdBnt)
  • I Q numbers are no longer considered valid indicators of much, but you can find some great information in this wikipedia article" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IQ
  • The average IQ test score is 96, according to the Wechsler Intelligence Scales. The Wechsler Scales classify scores within the range of 90 to 109 to denote normal, average intelligence. Source: http://www.kids-iq-tests.com/iqscores/96.html
  • IQ is mostly measured by your ability to solve puzzles. It needs to factor in your ability to get laid and your social networking skills.
