  • I think you sound like you have a handle on it, because you are capable of holding back for the benefit of others. However, it is clearly worrying you, so, yes, by all means, talk to your therapist or counsellor or to a priest/pastor/rabbi about the cause of this rage.
  • You should enroll your self into anger management classes and find other ways to deal with your anger....if that doesnt work then i would go see a therapist...;)
  • No need of therapy , if you can hold it for the sake of others you're doing excellent not many people can do that. When I fly off the handle I don't see a thing so I can't concider others.
  • "Therapist" leave it up to the professionals.
  • Everyone can feel anger, and sometimes small unmeaningful details bring it out. Only a well balanced and considerate person can handle it the way you do it. You are doing great. One thing you can try is to look deeply inside yourself to find out what's the real cause of the anger behind that "smalest things", and as you seemed to be handling things right you'll probably find the cause and deal with it as efficiently as you are doing until this moment. A therapist is someone you can talk with and can give you guidelines when you need it, so even if you do not need a therapist help now, please, feel free to call one if you ever determine a therapist could be of help.
