  • I prefer to present them with problems and let them come up with solutions. I like to ask them to do things, not tell them to. But sometimes it's been necessary to do that.

  • like this ROOM ATTENTION or PLATOON ATTENTION or RETARDS FALL IN then i would listen to the motto and drop them if they fail then the creed and i will drop them if they fail then i tell them what they need to know and break them off into squads for drill. done and if they need anything id say talk to your chain of command... Cadet to Squad leader- platoon sgt - me - (im a special case since im not just a platoon leader but a battalion officer if i don't know it skips up to)- Battalion XO - BC (if nobody knows well idk then there is no answer).
