Help answer this question below.

I live in Ca. and I have 50 custody- my child wants to live with me 100 and wants to visit her father only. My question is if I do get her full custody will I be able to legally move to another state once I get full custody?

    well if u guys are 50 im assuming that neither of you are bad parents, in the case of moving to another state its gonna be a big pain in the ass to go through the courts if he fights it (wich he can) and if they let u, they could arrange it where u have to bring her every time.... ive seen it happen and it sucks, she didnt even end up moving

    talk to him about it, if he agrees and u guys make an arrangement ur good to go
