  • I dont believe it...but I bet the same thousands that do..also have read the part of the big book of rules that says..judge not....
  • I never heard of that
  • People of religion thousands of people of the church viewed Jewish people as of the Devil? This is a statement not a question. Are they? NO. I mean thousands of people believed it. How could they all be wrong? They were mislead by ignorance. I mean they must be right? Another statement. Are they? NO. I don't believe it but do you? NO.
  • They're wrong. Jewish, Christians, Atheists, Buddhists, etc are all people with different opinions. I'm a Christian & I hope to God I'm right in believing that Jesus is our saviour but other religions hope they're right too
  • People never believed jewish are the devil. "Thousands" of people believe in UFOs, that doesn't say much. If you ask me people have to make their own opinions, not belive in generalised mass impressions. The impresion comes from the bible, because the jewish rejected Jesus, who was their Saviour (at the time).
  • Did Hitler know something about the Jews that we didn't??? hmmmmm....... DOUBT IT. No I don't beleive the Jews are evil at all. Some people also think Jews were behind 9/11. That's a bunch of garbage too. It wasn't the Jews, but it also wasn't the Iraqis... The real DEVIL are the bipartisan Republicans and Democrats. And anything that's near the Rockefellers =)
  • No. The Catholic Church officially teaches: When she delves into her own mystery, the Church, the People of God in the New Covenant, discovers her link with the Jewish People, "the first to hear the Word of God. The Jewish faith, unlike other non-Christian religions, is already a response to God's revelation in the Old Covenant. To the Jews "belong the sonship, the glory, the covenants, the giving of the law, the worship, and the promises; to them belong the patriarchs, and of their race, according to the flesh, is the Christ"; "for the gifts and the call of God are irrevocable." Neither all Jews indiscriminately at that time, nor Jews today, can be charged with the crimes committed during the Passion of Jesus Christ. The Jews should not be spoken of as rejected or accursed as if this followed from Holy Scripture. The first chapters of "The Myth of Hitler’s Pope: How Pope Pius XII Rescued Jews From the Nazis" by Rabbi David Dalin, Ph.D. chronicles the acts of the Popes over the centuries in support and protection of the Jews. http://www.catholicleague.org/pius/dalinframe.htm For more information, see the Catechism of the Catholic Church, sections 597 and 839: http://www.usccb.org/catechism/text/pt1sect2chpt2art4p2.shtml#597 http://www.usccb.org/catechism/text/pt1sect2chpt3art9p3.shtml#839 With love in Christ.
  • I think you know the answer :)
  • First, assuming you are talking about Christians, not all types of Christians are the same. Just as not all American's are the same, not all Christians are the same. Secondly, Thousands of people thought killing Christians in the gladiatorial games of Roman times was great, was it? The point is: being in large number, or even in the majority doesn't make it right. Lastly, it is impossible to be a Christian and believe the Jewish people are of the Devil. It is totally contradictory. Christ Himself was a Jew. Besides, to believe that would be to discredit the entire Old Testament, that provides the Scriptural background and basis for Christian faith. If anything true Christians desire to befriend the Jewish people, because the heritage of Christianity lies with the Jewish people.
  • Well, that all depends on whether or not those thousands were Palestinians
