She seems none the worse for wear with these bumps. I haven't noticed her seeming to be bothered by them. I just noticed them two days ago and she goes for a doctor visit tomorrow.

I had them everywhere... http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&q=chicken+pox&btnG=Search+Images&gbv=2 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chicken_pox You sure they're not just bug bites or an allergic reaction to running through something prickly?

Chicken pox look like blisters, not like bug bites. You generally start off with a few, but within 24 hours will be covered.

It's true that they look like red bite marks, and it is also true that some people have less than others. My son only had about a half dozen spots when he had chicken pox. I asked the school nurse if it was possible for him to get them again because he had so few. She didn't have an answer for me. He is almost 21 and has never had then again.

They look like small red marks that eventually blister and become (with neglect) pock-marks.

Chicken Pox end up like little blisters. You can get only a few or you can get many and you can get them anywhere from head to toe and I do mean ANYWHERE!!! Even inside your mouth. She will be feeling miserable. ((HUGS))

children vary a lot regarding how many they have etc, the important thing to remember is to try your best to make sure they dont scratch them as they will be scarred for the rest of their lives
-
