I have two pieces of advice for you. First of all, stop having premarital sex. Second talk to your bishop or branch president. He is the one that is called and set apart to advise you in such matters. Since you have had premarital sex and have not been active for some time, he will probably tell you that you need to do some things to prepare yourselves to go to the temple. This will probably include a waiting period in which you can show your commitment to living the gospel. In your case, it may be that you should go a head and have a civil marriage now and then get sealed in the temple in a year. Whatever you choose to do, you should seek the guidance of your bishop.
