Here in India, films and short dramas are banned from using scenes that show smoking; or they are allowed to do so with a warning message(Now that's the loop hole!). What are the loop holes you have from the laws in your area?

Could you please give a link to the law banning smoking scenes from films, Jack? To the best of my knowledge no such ban exists. It is true that Dr. Anbumani Ramdoss, who was the Health Minister in the previous Union Government had proposed this. But all he could do was to appeal to actors to refuse to act in scenes where they must smoke. He had partial success. He could bring to law the requirement to post a skull and cross bones sign in addition to the 'injurious to health' warning on cigarette packs. That was the most he could do, to the best of my knowledge.
