McCain was already going to win. Reform > Change
-
Maybe they will do something instead of just talking about doing something...
-
I don't think it's fair to state "Indefinite occupation of Iraq..." - McCain has at least fought in a war and been a POW. He knows what it's like to be over there and I belice he will do his best to end it in a responsible and timely manner. (just like what Mr. Flip-Flop, Obama is NOW saying he'll do too)

*shudders at the thought* Please Rick, I just ate!

I wouldn't give her THAT much credit yet. Obama is still a force to be reckoned with and no amount of lipstick on Ms. Palin is going to change her from a hockey mom to a pitbull. I think there may still be some skeletons in her proverbial closet that are yet to be revealed.

Oh boy..how cool..ain't life grand? Hunky dorry. :(
-
Sara Palin coudn't energize a flashlight with new batteries - it's beyond her ability. Jonny Boy dosn't have a chance come November - Obama will be president - bet on it.
-
Totally agree. Also, The Fraternal Order of Police has just endorsed Sen. John McCain.
-
Nonsequitor logic between McCain's possible presidency and indefinite occupation of Iraq.
-
She may have energised the Republican party - but they were going to vote McCain anyway. I don't think she has done a thing for the swing voters, who are the ones who actually decide the election. She moves the McCain ticket firmly into conservative territory, away from the middle ground. She may slightly increase turnout of dedicated Reps.
-
She has energised me. I know that she lies but I think a ot less than The Obama Cult.
-
I think she has energized the party, and a lot of people are swinging towards the Republican camp. But I think this is only temporary. Once people see how she performs in a debate, they will quickly see that she has little to offer in the long term.
-
Indeed, the selection of Sarah Palin has the Obama camp running scared and nearly catatonic. However, your mischaracterization of McCain's words about occupation of Iraq are irrelevant to the question. Unless, of course, you are equally upset over the "indefinte" occupation of Japan and Germany. ;-)
-
I'm afraid McCain has to swing alot of voters in key states to win anything - by the electorial count at the moment Obama will win in a landslide. Sorry.
-
Hasn't Obama's campaign just got a little ahead of McCain again?
-
I think that the word, "allegedly" is what they want us to feel. People who have half a brain won't buy into that crap(hopefully!). I can't see how anyone who has pasted the third grade, could want a repeat of the Bush years. Lord help us!

I dont think it will take long for the shine to wear off.
