The only way to know for sure is to be tested. Home pregnancy tests use your urine and are fairly accurate. A doctor/clinic will expect you to have missed at least one period before they do a test. You seem to know the "symptoms". The ones you describe ususally occur at around 3 months. There HAVE been cases where women have had periods and still been pregnant. It even happened to a nurse! It's hard to imagine, because at around 5 months the baby starts kicking...

I think its just pms, our mind can play some pretty mean tricks on us when we want something bad enough.
