I think it takes a little longer then a week to love some one. i don't beleave in love at frist sight, you need to see how some one is in all phase of there life to really love them. like to stay with some one during there roughest times shows love. to see how they act around friends and family, people act diffrent around diffrent people. i think you are blushing becasue its a surprize and you don't know how to take it. i'd talk to him about it.

if you doubt it you probably don't. maybe you just care a lot for him, after all he is your boyfriend. A week is a really short time to start loving a person, take your time, dont stress everything comes with time.
does love ever make you feel insecure and make you wish you could be different so that the person will fall for you? or is that just lust?
