My daughter is 14. We were told after our 2nd visit to the ER that she had an ovarian cist that had bursted. It has been 3 days since we have been told that and her pain is no better. How long till the pain goes away and what do we do for her?

We are not qualified to reply to that here, and we would not be helping your daughter to answer that question here. She needs to be seen in person for that question to be answered by a qualified doctor.

Go BACK to the E.R. and ask for another exam, and also ask that specific question again if they did not tell you, or go to a Planned Parenthood (free of charge) doctor, or go to another private doctor for another opinion, and to get your questions all answered.

It helps to make a list of questions before you go and to also write down what the doctor tells you when you are there so you remember it all.
