Being overweight probably damaged her self-esteem and caused her to become shy and introverted...maybe she doesn't have good people skills because of it. She may even be clinically depressed. It SHOULDN'T be all about looks...and if she were to meet the right kind of man, it wouldn't be.

No. It could be a host of other problems. In fact, she could look the way she does on purpose just to avoid it.

I don't know personally I have always been thin but I had a friend that was 300lbs and his sister was around 500-600 lbs. She had never had a bf because she didnt want to go out, be active and do things. All she wanted to do was eat and watch tv. My friend was not as heavy and he did go out and try to meet girls but his weight affected his personality, he was not confident, he was awkward in social situations like dancing or playing ports, swimming etc. women picked up on these things. Eventually he married and divorced an obese woman and they did nothing but watch tv, eat and try to have sex, his sister married an alcoholic and they both supported each others habits. It's not the most important thing in life but who can deny that we all initially judge everyone by their looks. As for me I think being overweight does say something about ones personality, it means you probably use food as a crutch, you don't put your looks or health as one of your highest priorities, you probably prefer tv and dining to physical activities. That's not tru in all cases I am sure but in a lot of them and it isn't condusive to being a socialite and being the type of person who is gonna go out there and meet a lot of potential dates.

No, not at all, I am not a psychologist or anything of the sort, but a 32 year old overweight virgin might have to do with years of an unsatifying lifestyle that isn't unsatifying enough to catalyze radical action. Assuming she isn't psychologically abnormal. If she is, it might be anything from a life of recalcitrance against an intangible factor or against something that happened in her past.

Maybe she learned early that a; Nice, fat, creamy piece of Cheese cake... Really is sometimes better than bothering with certain men. Maybe she is happy like that?

I dont think so, like someone else said...she is probably introverted because of her self-esteem. AND who knows...maybe she is really not so nice because of past events. Sometimes being made fun of because of weight or other self-image issues makes u mean instead of shy. I believe god created someone for everyone...but we need to grow as ppl...including those who has issues.

No... not because of looks, maybe she is just afraid or either waiting for the right one. Honestly I admire her... because I lost my virginty when I was 18 to an asshole whom I loved but he didn't love me... and that woman who is 32 is still a virgin will probably lose it to a wonderful man.

Overweight and unpracticed in sexual relationships hardly constitute something out of the ordinary and i imagine she *got that way* via her own free choice to do so ~ just as you arrived at your weight and level of sexual experience by your own free choice :)

She may have been overweight since childhood. Kids can be cruel. Memories like that last a lifetime. It's all probably carried from that. I think she needs to get her some though. It would certainly change her outlook on life and raise her self esteem. There are plenty of guys that prefer, ehem, full figured women. Is it all about looks? Well. Let's face it. That's the first thing someone sees now isn't it? Not everyone that looks good has a righteous personality. I think when one looks for a mate, they want good looks and compatibility. Who doesn't, right?
