Anywhere you go, USA (or anywhere globally for that matter.) is nice, dependent upon how much money you have. Reno is FULL of crime and decadence. It is one of the worst cities for the poor, and for the rich, one of the best... The rich always skate just above the effects of most of it on a direct level so. If you have money... Bed Sty in Brooklyn, Compton or anywhere else is nice.

Reno is dirty, poor and ugly. There is that Johnny Cash song, where he says "I shot a man in Reno, just to watch him die." In my opinion, that was no crime. It was a mercy killing. Seriously though, I've only stayed there once. So maybe there is more to it than casinos and pawn shops if you look hard enough.

That would depend on which part of Reno they have moved to. Every place I have ever been has both good and bad elements. One thing I know about Reno is there seems to be a lot of congestion of people. So if they love having a lot of people around they will most likely enjoy their move.
