I think it should depend on the amount, obviously if you get pulled over and the dog faints because your trunk is loaded with dope your probably up to no good. So yes yes. Now say that someone is just having a good time partying with a couple friends and some how gets pinched with a gram, why bother? So no. It costs tax payers alot of money to process and house criminals at the expense it should be worth it.

No. Powder cocaine should be perfectly legal for any who's at least 18. However I think crack should be illegal even though it would probably be unprofitable if cocaine were legal.
