  • I don't believe that God has a gender, but I know many who will argue.
  • I believe that God is genderless, so I would go with both and neither. He created us, so he would embody both male and female man, but at the same time doesnt really need a gender as God (the Holy Ghost) doesnt reproduce.
  • Almighty God has male aspects. Only scripture can answer this. (Exodus 6:3) And I used to appear to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob as God Almighty, but as respects my name Jehovah I did not make myself known to them. (Ephesians 5:21-24) Be in subjection to one another in fear of Christ. 22 Let wives be in subjection to their husbands as to the Lord, 23 because a husband is head of his wife as the Christ also is head of the congregation, he being a savior of [this] body. 24 In fact, as the congregation is in subjection to the Christ, so let wives also be to their husbands in everything. So if females were made subject to males, then God cannot be female. And Jesus, as a male, is subject to his Father. so his Father cannot be female. The only alternative is that God is male.
  • God is a male, but he has a wife. This life is about finding that person and having eternal families :)
  • god is genderless *as the other people said*
  • By tradition we refer to God with the male pronoun. However to define God as male or female means that you would have to clearly define what a male or female is. Since we usually define that by sexual organs and God being a supreme being who does not reproduce who begot Christ (not made or conceived) then I find it highly doubtful that God has reproductive organs. However I tend to see God as simply a conciousness and not really haveing a physical form (except for when Jesus was around) So my thoughts is that God is generless based on the definition of gender based on ones sexual organs. However the other person who said God was a male was not defining gender based on sexual organs which is also perfectly acceptable
  • God is a man!! There is no ands, its, buts about that.
  • though the bible says god is trinity: god the FATHER, god the holy spirit, god the son. but they mean the father by like the father of HUMAN RACE, and son by JESUS, personally i think god is genderless. Gender is for this universe, and in hell and heaven, but only because humans live there. god created the FIRST man. if Adam was the first, then how bout god? god is genderless
  • Even though in the Bible God is described as He, Him, Lamb of God, and so on, he is neither male or female.
