The Bartholin's Gland is one of two small glands on each side of the labia minora, **just outside of the opening to the vagina.** They secrete a lubricating fluid, whenever the clitoris or another part of the woman's body is touched or otherwise stimulated and she becomes sexually aroused/turned on.

The lubrication comes from the bartholin gland, however if you're talking about female ejaculation, that comes from somewhere else right inside the urethra. I cant remember what it's called (I can't put my finger on it, haha). Because it's right inside the urethra, people often mistake it for pee. But its not.
