I guess that would depend on how long you have been with them and what the reason is that they aren't ready. If everyone is of legal age and you have been together for a long time and you love them, then no because if you care for someone you would wait until they are ready in my opinion.

I don't think so. it would be a different story if you had been married for a while, but honestly why break off something for that reason? in my opinion, she (or he) is entitled into having it at their own time.

Hell no. Only a selfish person would end a relationship with someone they supposedly loved and cared for for that reason.

No but yes. I mean if the relationship was quite serious and adult, between people with past experience, and I thought we were both at the same level of commitment to each other, then if my partner kept shying away from intimacy I'd have to assume I didn't really know them after all and that they were unhappy with me / keeping things from me.
