I have a wood plaque that I made way back in junior high school. It is about 18 inches long and 7 inches wide, and displays my name and address in blue plastic lettering. The sides of the plaque are picturesquely "jagged", and the whole thing is varnished. I made it in industrial arts in grade 7, when I was 13 years-old, back in the late 80s. I would post a picture of it here, but for security reasons I can't because it shows my name. (Only you know that, my friend!) lol.
