The only "conscience" you can actually know is your own. When it comes to other people you can only relate to their ideas and their points of view. And, to know what's right you'll need to take into consideration many factors, between them, moral, ethics, laws, cultural influences... If your conscience "hints' you that something is right, then evaluate into the context of the issue... our conscience will usually be right.
