Does anyone else think the new notice for when you've given someone to many good ratings is a little patronizing?

I obviously haven't been as generous as I had thought, because I haven't seen it yet. I'm sure it IS patronising, though, or at theleast condescending. Why don't you re iterate for us and I can tell you properly. then I'll go out and find some deserving person to rate until I get it for myself.
