I recently started a long distance relationship with a girl. We've talked for a few months and I decided to come see her to see if we were compatible. A week before I came, she made a date with another guy while I was there. Should I trust her?

It isn't a matter of trust -- it is a matter of communication. Did you communicate to her that you were going to cross the distance to spend time with her? Did she understand your intentions? Are you misreading her interest in you? Maybe you should go back to communicating the way that you were communicating before and tell her in more detail what your plan is and what you intend to do, i.e. to visit her in order to have some face-to-face time. If, at that point, she makes a date with someone else then she is sending a very clear signal that she is not interested in you. Otherwise, you need to work on communicating with her.

That would concern me. However, until she is sure that you both are compatible, she should still talk to others. I dont think going on a date with the other guy, is a wise idea, especially while you were there, she could have waited. I do not think it is so much a trust issue, as it is a communication issue, on her part, Is she sure what she wants?
