It's interesting the first time it happens, but afterward, just annoying. It doesn't happen anymore though, I fixed it.

I think what's happening there is that the data from the mouse is out of sync with the system, and the system is interpreting the data incorrectly. And that's usually because it dropped one of the bytes being sent from the mouse to the computer. The way to get it to sync up again, and it usually works for me, is just to take my hand off the mouse and let it sit for a second before moving it again. I've never found it funny, sadly... it just starts doing bad things with the windows.
