Sure. Several times. But, they were great about just sending another disk. After all, they are just those little thin wafers and the only packaging is a paper envelope. I'm amazed that they don't all get broken.

Once or twice, the vast majority have been perfectly fine though. I know people who have complained that half of their discs were bad, I don't know how true that is. The only one I specifically remember that was actually broken was RV...which we ended up not wanting to watch after all (it sat next to the player for like 2 months then we decided to send it back and noticed it was broken).

I've been a Netflix subscriber since 2003; in that time I've received a handful (8?) of "scratched beyond watching" movies and even less (4?) "snapped in half" movies.
