I don't think so. There aren't any characters, besides the immediate family, that are strong enough to warrent an entire show. Besides, I think by the time the show is over, everyone envolved will be ready to either retire rich or go onto something completely different.

There already have been, Futurama, Family Guy and that really dumb one, American Dad.

I am not sure it would be a spin off but I think one of the kids older would be cool. I think the best would be Maggie older because we never really get to know her. If Bart was the slacker and Lisa was the Nerd I see Maggie turning out a mixture of both. So maggie would probably end up something like Daria.
