If you already had a permit to carry a firearm and got arrested but not convicted and judge requested that you could not carry or come in contact with any firearms for the next five years would you still be able to get your permit after the five years?

A conviction is a sure-fire bar to CCW licensure but arrest may not be one. You have to check your state laws for this one. -
