I'm not sure I want to leave a mark, nor do I wish to live "a life of quiet desperation". However, I would like my friends and family to party like there is no tomorrow.
-
I understand that many people wish to "die quietly", however there are some who wish to be remembered and wish to become renowned and famous, even in death. These people are tyrants. Napoleon, Hitler, all made their "mark" on the world, and they have suffered the consequence of gaining infamy rather than fame.
-
I would rather have people forget about me than remember me incorrectly, or misinterpret and/or overanalyze the things I said or did. I also think that I'd rather be cremated than rot in the ground. (If I die before I put that in my will, please show them this.)
-
As the person who has lived life setting an example of doing what is right and making no excuses for my behavior.
-
Im not going to rot in the ground, my ashes will be flying through the air thank you! So long as my friends and family remember me as som1 who made them laugh every now and again im happy!
-
The mark that I was great in bed :) that all my lovers were left totally satisfied
-
Well, first of all, I have every intention of being cremated. But otherwise, I am content with whatever difference I make provided that I live a life that I can be proud of, I do not need to be in a history book. I just need to be able to look back on my life at the end and find that it has been a good life.
-
I've always wanted the world to remember me as the first man to travel faster than light. If I can never achieve that, then I will settle for being a loving father and a great husband, and happy.

that when minute fools earthly twits play games in spirit and flesh i reacted
-
i will not make a mark on human history, but i will be remembered fondly by those who love me, and that is enough for me.
-
as long as my good traits are passed on to my future generations thats all im bothered about - theres nothing special enough about me to be remembered by anyone :)
-
I don't need to make a personal mark on the earth...I just try my best to leave it a little better place..but after one generation no one will have any idea of my existence.
-
When I die I will be cremated and my ashes returned to the earth. I don't want the world to remember me when I am gone, I don't want my name carved in stone somewhere, I don't want a funeral or memorial, I can't hear the words after I am dead. I don't want to make a mark in the book of human history. Anything I have done in this lifetime was done for no other reason than, it's what was right. I will be held fondly in the memories of some..thats the only place I want to be remembered. :)
-
If I am rotting in the ground then somebody is going to get bitch slapped the next time I see them. I don't want my family spending a single penny on some ridiculously over-priced funeral. Donate all usable organs to the living and my body to med school students! They are constantly running a shortage and need the practice! I want to be remembered for at least TRYING to be a good, caring and supportive person. Maybe I changed a few people's lives for the better, who knows? If I did, then that sends out positive ripples to other people, and that is enough for me.
-
I don't know about the whole book... but I want my friends, family and other people I meet along the walk of life to remember me as a good person. I want to make the world just a little bit nicer. =]

I'm not into half assing things. I either want to be remembered as an enlightened one who brought on an era of world peace, or as the destroyer of mankind.
-
just want to make a mark in ONE book .."and our greatest contributions are the ones we leave behind"...pretty much sums up how anyone is remembered....but cremation for me...cheap...and my soul is not rotting anyway....
-
I want to be remembered as one of the greatest soldiers to have ever served in the U.S. ARMY. And i want to be buried in Arlington next to my brothers and sisters in arms. HOOAH!!
-
If I were dead and rotting in the ground, I seriously would not care. I don't care now, either.
-
That I bear the mark of Jesus Christ.

As a craftsman of to many things, I want people to be amazed at all the things I can create. Books, art, jewelry, clothes, gardens, food, drinks, inventions, music, i want it all at my fingertips.
