maybe you not installed corect driver (driver for your system operating).try again to install driver.go to http://downloads.lexmark.com/perl/downloads/downloads.cgi,select your system operating .click download your driver.go out cable for your printer and run this driver.restart your pc. connect cable for printer.now your pc recognize that printer and ready to use.ctrl+P - print test page.good luck !
