Which is the earliest President/World Leader you personally remember clearly? Mine is JFK in 1963.

Lyndon Johnson is the first president I really remember and I only remember him because I recall my mother saying that if she heard him say "this great society" one more time she was going to puke. JFK I only have vague memories of and that was only because of the assasination. I only remember that everyone seemed upset about it and I recall watching the funeral on TV but being way too young to understand what was really going on.
