Thank you
We owe a large mortgage on our home
Have 80,000.00 in credit card bills and growing daily because of him and he is getting away with it
Both our lawyers are mediators and they are going for a PC in December
Will I have to split these bills with him?

In my jurisdiction (I'm near Seattle) we could get a hearing on getting you some help within 14 days at the most. But I guess...December really is upon us. I'm just thinking about speed. Sometimes these mediator lawyers.... They work together for "harmony." But sometimes what you need is what you NEED, and right away at that!

I am in New York and the mediator thing is not bad if both parties were playing fair but my H decided to cheat in every way he can. He is now trying to get me to pay for half the mortgage for the apartment upstairs (two family house) that my children and I are living in for the past year. But we are still married, isn't he still responsible?

I do not know the laws of jurisdictions I am not licensed in. But you have the right to seek different, non-mediator counsel. If your mediator is unwilling to look at this head on, you might want to consider hiring another attorney NOW.
