What breed and color? We have a Golden Retriever named Goldie. Queenie, King, Blackie, and Shadow are some popular ones. I guess it just depends on what you like. I don't however recommend names like fluffy and Fifi. Just too humiliating, even for a dog.

Gee there are some good names there...a lot will depend on the dog too....as has been said before, depends on breed and colour. I have had in the past and I include some friends dogs here because I really liked their names: Benji, Sophie, Rosie, Mitzy, Riffy, Jake, Buffy Lou, Ruby, Meg, Bonnie and Sam. Some people like 'people' names for their pets, some like obviously pet names...what do you prefer?
